Refund Policy

At Grove Lab, we take pride in the quality of our trees. Because we deal in live plant material, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

If your tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.

We are not responsible for trees that decline due to improper planting, watering, soil conditions, or weather after delivery.
